McLean Corry

About

Hello, and welcome to my page. The cow you see above is Patches, the biggest steer at the State Fair (2,550 llbs!), and the woman you see on your left is McLean, a freelance writer with thousands of pounds of enthusiasm.

I’m a Seattle based writer interested in science (ask me about the Seattle tree that was extinct for 5 million years), pop culture (I have many theories on the comeback of Crocs - spoiler alert, they’re here to stay), and local news (hot tub conspiracies are just the beginning).

I studied history and business at Georgetown University, leaving me with an equally strong love of anecdotes and statistics.

My work has appeared in Stroll Madison Park and can be viewed on my work page.
